Banksia
These cones come from a small tree
called Banksia Grandis from
Western Australia.
The cones are picked after they
have matured for several years on
the tree. They are hard and solid with
seed cases radiating from the the
centre outwards. They can easily
be turned giving an unusual
combination of hard and soft textures.
